Experienced Fencing & Gate Installer
$40–$50 per hour • Monday – Friday • 7am start • Sydney, NSW
Use your experience to deliver high-quality residential fencing and gate projects with a business that values craftsmanship, reliability and a job well done.
Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Aesthetic Fencing & Gates is seeking a skilled installer to work across residential projects from the Lower North Shore to the Northern Beaches. You’ll install a broad range of fences, gates and screens while helping us maintain the quality and attention to detail our clients expect.
What you’ll do
- Install timber, aluminium, steel and Colorbond fencing.
- Assemble and install pedestrian, driveway and automated gate systems.
- Install glass and tubular pool fencing, privacy screens and retaining walls.
- Measure, cut and prepare materials accurately.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load materials, keep sites organised and work collaboratively to complete projects on time.
- Communicate professionally with clients and other trades when required.
What you’ll bring
- At least one year of fencing installation experience, or strong experience in a relevant skilled trade.
- Sound knowledge of fencing materials, installation methods, safety practices and general pool-fence compliance.
- Confidence using hand and power tools, with strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- A current driver licence and reliable transport; ability to drive manual is preferred.

Aesthetic Fencing & Gates is looking for a punctual and hardworking assistant to join our growing residential fencing and gates business. You don’t need previous fencing experience – what matters most is that you are physically capable, take pride in your work and are ready to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the installation of fences, gates, privacy screens and retaining walls.
- Digging and preparing fence post holes.
- Carrying, loading and handling materials safely.
- Using hand and power tools under supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated to learn.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a small team.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
