At Aesthetic Fences & Gates, we stand behind the quality of our work and the materials we use. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence that your fencing or gate project has been completed to a high standard and built to last.
WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
24-Month Workmanship Guarantee
We provide a 24-month workmanship guarantee on all fencing and gate installations.
This covers any issues that arise as a result of the installation process or workmanship. If something isn’t right due to how the work was carried out, we will assess the issue and rectify it where required.
MATERIALS WARRANTY
Manufacturer Warranties
All materials used in your project are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty.
This may include products such as:
- Colorbond steel
- Aluminium products
- Gate motors and automation systems
- Hardware and fittings
Warranty terms and durations will vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or external impact
- Movement due to ground conditions, weather or natural events
- Lack of maintenance where applicable
Manufacturer warranties are also subject to their own terms and conditions.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe there is an issue covered under warranty, please get in touch with us and provide:
- A description of the issue
- Photos where possible
- Your project details or address
We will review your request and arrange a time to assess and resolve the issue if required.
